What is our Return Policy?

Our return policy allows for a whole thirty days for you to return your product back to us free of charge! If you would like to know more, please read our full policy here

How long does my product take to arrive?

Our products usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. If you have any questions on the shipping of your product(s), feel free to contact us here!

 

My product hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If you're product hasn't arrived by the expected date, the first thing you should is check the order tracking page. If it states that your product was lost in transit, or that it arrived but you don't have it, please email us with a screenshot of the tracking page, and we will do our best to assist you. 

 

My product arrived, but was damaged during transit

If you have received your product in a less than satisfactory condition, please send us an email containing your tracking number and a picture of your item. We will then assist you in either refunding your item, or sending you a replacement item.
